When CYBCT Is Not the Right Level of Support

Counselling appointments are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a situation that requires immediate support, use the appropriate crisis or emergency service rather than waiting for a CYBCT appointment.

Emergency Department

For an urgent medical or mental health emergency, you can go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

If immediate emergency assistance is required, call 911.
