Counselling therapy session offered via groups. Groups offered 1. Families group - for individuals who are supporting someone living with a mental illness and/or additions 2. Dialectical Behavior Therapy group - for individuals’ struggling with emotional dysregulation, interpersonal conflicts, and/or managing distress. 3. Depression group - for individuals struggling with depressive symptoms 4. Structured Relapse Prevention - for individuals struggling with addictions
